City bus (LUP)
Bus stop: “Steinergasse / Ehem. Synagoge”You can reach the Former Synagogue on routes 7 and 8. The “Steinergasse / Ehem. Synagoge” bus stop is located opposite the Former Synagogue.
The entire LUP bus fleet is wheelchair accessible. Buses run every 30 minutes from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, they run hourly.
On foot from St. Pölten main station
Walking time: approx. 12 minutesFrom St. Pölten main station, walk straight ahead into the Kremsergasse pedestrian zone until you reach Riemerplatz. Here, turn left into Wienerstraße, continue straight on to Kugelgasse (turn right at the first street). Then turn left onto Fuhrmannsgasse, right again onto Lederergasse and continue straight on to Dr.-Karl-Renner-Promenade to the former synagogue.
Parking
There are very few parking spaces in the immediate vicinity (short-stay parking zone). Please use the underground car park in the Kulturbezirk, a walk of approx. 5 minutes. Free from 5:35 pm. Please note the car park’s opening hours. Be sure to take a ticket, even if the barrier is open.
